Hello, Everybody! We are pleased to announce a concert of Arkadiy Dubinchik at the University of Maryland campus in College Park (UMCP). The concert will take place on Monday, October 25, 19:30 in Room AVW1112, A.V. Williams Building, UMCP

Many of you already know Arkadiy and his songs. For those of you who do not know him, the concert will be a good opportunity to get acquainted with his work. Arkadiy composes his own music and writes his own lyrics.

The concert is going to be FREE for all attendees, but donations will be gladly accepted for the KSPDC movement.

Driving Directions:

• From any point along the Beltway:
  1. Take I495 (Beltway) to exit 25 (Route 1 South).
  2. Follow Route 1 (Baltimore Avenue) for about 2 miles. until you reach the North Campus Gate of the University of Maryland. (intersection with Campus Drive).
  3. Turn right into the Campus Gate.
  4. Immediately turn right again, onto Paint Branch Drive.
  5. At the second stop sign, turn left and park at the large parking space (lot G) to the left.
  6. The building across the Paint Branch Drive will be the AV Williams building. Cross the Paint Branch Drive on foot and enter the building through the front gate.
• Alternative Route from Rockville (beat rush hour traffic on Beltway)
  1. From I355 (Rockville Pike) turn onto Randolph Road.
  2. Follow Randolph Road. until intersection with Viers Mill Road.
  3. Turn right on Viers Mill Road, drive until intersection with I193 (University Boulevard).
  4. Turn left onto University Blvd. Follow University Blvd for about 10 miles, into PG County. You will pass, I29 (Columbia Pike), I495 (Beltway), New Hampshire Ave, Riggs Rd, Adelphi Rd.
  5. Stay on University Blvd. after the intersection with Adelphi Rd. To your right there will be UMCP campus. At second red light after Adelfi Rd. turn right onto Azalea Lane (you will enter campus).
  6. Follow Azalea Ln for a few quick turns to the intersection with Paint Branch Dr., turn left on Paint Branch Dr.
  7. Follow Paint Branch Dr. past the large parking lots. Second stop sign will be at the corner of A.V. Williams building. You can park at lot G directly across from A.V. Williams building.
• From Downtown Washington DC.
  1. Get on Rhode Island Ave (route 1), heading North East.
  2. Follow Rhode Island Ave through NE DC, Mount Rainier, Brentwood, Hyattsville (where it changes name to Baltimore Ave), all the way to College Park. Pass downtown College Park (a short strip of bars). University Campus starts right after that.
  3. Skip the first campus entrance and continue heading North East until the intersection with Campus Dr. (North Gate)
  4. Turn left onto Campus Dr., stay in the right lane and immediately after passing the campus gate turn right on Paint Branch Drive
  5. First right turn leads to Parking Lots 11 and G, where you can park. A.V. Williams building is a large |_| - shaped building adjacent to the parking lot.

Parking on campus is FREE after 4pm at parking lots 11 and G, which are located right around A.V. Williams building.
